Mr. Kahn practiced law for a number of years before entering the Real Estate profession in 1979. Mr. Kahn has been a Real Estate Sales Manager for over 30 years and has served as Chairman of numerous Real Estate committees at the local and State Level. Mr. Kahn teaches the Contracts and Disclosure Classes at the local Association of Realtors and has chaired the Standard Forms Committee at both C.A.R. and Southland Regional Association of Realtors. Mr. Kahn has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee at the Southland Regional Association of Realtors for many years and was awarded the top honor of Realtor of the Year in 1998 and Realtor Associate of the Year in 1987. Recently, Mr. Kahn served on the task force for CAR that was responsible for creating the current Residential Purchase Agreement used by agents throughout the State of California. Currently Mr. Kahn is on the Risk Management Committee at the Southland Regional Association of Realtors. This committee holds regular seminars for Owners, Brokers, Managers and agents in the San Fernando Valley to keep them abreast of current developments in the real estate field. Mr. Kahn has also served as a Director for CARETS (California Real Estate Technology Services).
Born in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Kahn received his BA from Northwestern University and his J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles.
