Strategic Defense Panel, the firm’s industry involvement has included, among other things:  serving as statewide litigation coordinator on behalf of one of the nation’s largest third-party administrators; collaborating with insurance companies and claims administrators to design, implement and manage E&O insurance programs; assisting with legislative efforts to clarify the roles and duties of real estate professionals in California; participating in the drafting of forms used on a statewide basis by real estate professionals; serving as board and association counsel for real estate entities; being identified as a specialist in connection with real estate based toxic tort claims; creating and providing Department of Real Estate sanctioned educational/risk management programs; sponsoring and supporting numerous industry programs; serving as designated mediators for board of realtors; and assisting in the creation of dispute resolution programs to minimize the claims faced by industry members.
